Operations Officer – Customer Care Delivery (Finland, Norway, Denmark)

About the role

Join the Customer Care Delivery team supporting Finnish, Danish and Norwegian corporate clients. You will help ensure smooth e‑banking set‑up, account opening/closure and VIP service delivery while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day operational services for corporate and VIP customers in Finland, Denmark and Norway.
• Resolve client issues and process ad‑hoc requests efficiently.
• Collaborate with regional adviser teams to optimise solutions and maintain service quality.
• Identify automation and Lean improvement opportunities, including RPA initiatives.
• Participate in projects aimed at enhancing service delivery and process efficiency.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in an operational or administrative role.
• Strong critical‑thinking and attention‑to‑detail.
• Commitment to high‑quality, accurate work.
• Team‑oriented mindset with a goal‑focused approach.
• Proactive attitude toward process improvement.
• Upper‑Intermediate English (written and spoken).
