About the role

We are looking for a motivated intern to join our residential mortgage lending team. You will support financial advisors in daily tasks, learn how a bank operates, and gain hands‑on experience with client financing processes.

Key responsibilities

• Assist financial advisors with routine mortgage‑related activities.
• Review and verify personal loan applications for completeness and accuracy.
• Prepare appropriate document packages and conduct mandatory external checks.
• Participate in the amendment process of existing credit contracts, including classification of requests and drafting standard responses.
• Handle daily tasks related to credit‑condition change requests.
• Perform any additional duties assigned by the direct or functional manager.

Required profile

• Motivated to develop client‑service and negotiation skills.
• Good listening abilities and attention to detail.
• Analytical mindset with a curiosity for learning.
• Responsible, proactive, and able to work both independently and in a team.
• Strong written and verbal communication in Lithuanian.
