About the role

You will engage with existing BITĖS private clients by phone, offering tailored solutions and additional services to meet their needs. The position focuses on cross‑selling and upselling while ensuring a positive experience during every call.

Key responsibilities

• Contact existing clients by phone (no cold calling) to discuss their current services.
• Identify opportunities for cross‑sell and upsell based on client needs.
• Provide recommendations and help clients choose the best solutions.
• Maintain a positive client experience throughout each interaction.
• Work towards clear sales targets and track personal performance.

Required profile

• Positive, curious attitude with a desire to grow in sales.
• Strong communication skills and ability to connect with diverse people.
• Comfortable using a computer in a fast‑paced environment.
• Previous experience in client relations or sales is a plus; training will be provided for newcomers.
