Product Manager

About the role

You will own the end‑to‑end user flows for our self‑service e‑commerce platform, shaping the experience from website visit to purchase. You’ll work closely with UX designers, developers and data analysts to drive growth and conversion.

Key responsibilities

• Define and optimise user flows across the visitor‑to‑purchase funnel, tracking conversion at each stage.
• Develop and maintain the product roadmap aligned with company strategy, client needs and market trends.
• Write epics, user stories and collaborate with the development team to deliver features.
• Conduct user research, analyse usage data and run A/B tests to improve adoption and engagement.
• Prioritise features and guide technical implementation in an agile environment.

Required profile

• Proven experience taking a product or initiative from idea to launch and owning outcomes.
• Experience defining user flows, writing user stories and working with UX designers.
• Background in self‑service or product‑led growth, driving user acquisition with minimal sales involvement.
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.

Required skills

• Ability to analyse user behaviour and funnel data to identify growth opportunities.
• Experience conducting user research and translating insights into product features.
• Familiarity with A/B testing and data‑driven experimentation.
