Product Manager, Marketplace

About the role

Vinted is looking for a Product Manager to own a key area of its Marketplace platform. You will shape the vision, strategy and roadmap for a high‑impact product that connects millions of members across Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Define and align product vision and strategy for the assigned Marketplace area.
• Set short‑ and long‑term objectives and prioritize initiatives with cross‑functional partners.
• Lead the end‑to‑end product development cycle, from discovery to delivery.
• Collaborate with Design, Research, Engineering, Data Science and Analytics to translate user needs and market trends into features.
• Establish success criteria, track usage metrics and iterate based on A/B testing results.
• Conduct rigorous product discovery, scope solutions and perform trade‑off analysis.

Required profile

• Proven experience in product management, preferably in e‑commerce or marketplace environments.
• Strong ability to work with multidisciplinary teams and influence stakeholders.
• Data‑driven mindset with experience defining metrics and interpreting analytics.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and comfort tackling complex product challenges.
