Programuotojas (-a) – Full‑stack React/Next.js ir PHP

About the role

We are looking for an experienced full‑stack developer to join our fast‑growing team that creates digital services for Vilnius residents. You will work with modern front‑end and back‑end technologies and use AI tools to accelerate development.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain information systems and e‑services using React, Next.js, Laravel and Symfony.
• Implement new features and improve existing ones while collaborating with product owners, analysts, designers and fellow developers.
• Independently deliver functionality on both the front‑end and back‑end.
• Analyse business requirements, propose technical solutions and contribute to architectural decisions.
• Ensure code quality, performance, security and long‑term maintainability.
• Create and maintain automated tests and help improve CI/CD pipelines.
• Leverage AI tools daily to speed up and enhance software creation.

Required profile

• Higher education (bachelor’s degree) in computer science, informatics, business or a related field.
• Proven experience building applications with React and Next.js.
• Hands‑on experience with Laravel or Symfony PHP frameworks.
• Strong problem‑solving skills, ownership of results and a proactive improvement mindset.
• Good understanding of REST API principles, modern web‑app architecture and integrations.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD processes and automated testing.
• Knowledge of information‑system security principles and WCAG accessibility requirements.
• Effective teamwork, communication skills and experience working in Agile (Scrum/Kanban) environments.
• Familiarity with AI coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot or Claude Code.
