Project Manager – Product Development

About the role

WALLETTO is seeking a Project Manager to lead product implementations, enhancements, and compliance initiatives for its payments and reporting solutions. You will work closely with IT teams, partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders to deliver high‑quality products that drive growth and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of payment and reporting product development projects from concept to launch.
• Coordinate and manage projects with internal teams, developers, processors, and external partners.
• Identify and research market opportunities through competitive analysis.
• Mitigate project risks, dependencies, and issues to ensure on‑time delivery.
• Facilitate communication across partners, stakeholders, and cross‑functional teams.
• Drive process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.
• Maintain clear project plans and comprehensive documentation.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing product development projects in fintech or payments.
• Strong market research and competitive analysis capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills and a results‑driven mindset.
• Product‑oriented with a practical, solution‑focused approach.
• Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office, especially Excel.
• Advanced English proficiency; Russian is a plus.
• Eagerness to learn and stay updated on industry trends.
