Senior Marketing & Communications Specialist

About the role

PwC Lithuania is looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to join its Marketing & Communications team in Vilnius. The role covers design, social media, email, website and paid advertising, working closely with the wider team and other departments.

Key responsibilities

• Create on-brand visual assets (static and dynamic) for websites, social media, email, posters, presentations and other digital and print materials.
• Manage the company's social media presence across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and others: plan content, write posts, publish and track performance.
• Manage email campaigns: build and segment audiences, send targeted messages and monitor results.
• Maintain website content, upload assets and keep it aligned with brand guidelines.
• Create and run paid ads on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Ads and other platforms, analysing and optimising them with the team.
• Collaborate with the M&C team and other departments to align design and digital marketing with business strategy.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of proven experience in design and digital marketing.
• Excellent written and spoken Lithuanian and English.
• Ability to work independently and manage several projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative, detail-oriented, proactive and analytical, able to use data to inform decisions.

Required skills

• Design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
• Web content management systems such as WordPress or Shopify.
• Digital advertising platforms: Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads and email marketing tools.
• Bonus: SEO and/or SEM experience, and interest in photography and video creation.
