About the role

Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a Warehouse Worker to support its Vilnius site, which manufactures innovative life‑science and diagnostic technologies. The role ensures smooth warehouse operations, timely movement of raw materials and finished products, and compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, store, and issue raw materials and work tools.
• Pick products according to customer orders, pack them, and hand over to carriers.
• Conduct periodic inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe, following GMP and safety standards.
• Ensure timely and accurate execution of all warehouse processes.

Required profile

• Secondary education; higher education is a plus.
• Experience in warehouse, logistics or manufacturing is advantageous.
• Forklift driver’s licence preferred (training provided if absent).
• Basic knowledge of English.
• Strong attention to detail, responsibility, and teamwork orientation.
• Willingness to learn and develop within an international life‑science organization.

Required skills

• Good computer skills for inventory and order management.
• Forklift operation (or ability to obtain a licence).
