SAP Supply Chain Consultant

About the role

Franmax, an IT services provider for the MAXIMA retail group, is seeking an experienced SAP Supply Chain Consultant. You will help design, implement and improve SAP S/4HANA supply‑chain solutions across several Baltic and Bulgarian markets, working closely with business stakeholders, product teams and technology partners.

Key responsibilities

• Gather business requirements and translate them into practical SAP Supply Chain solutions.
• Design and enhance SAP S/4HANA processes covering Finance, Master Data, Replenishment, Transportation Management, Warehouse Management and related domains.
• Support solution decisions throughout project lifecycles, from analysis to post‑go‑live support.
• Ensure solutions are maintainable, secure, compliant and aligned with enterprise standards.
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to identify process and system improvement opportunities.
• Share SAP knowledge, best practices and stay current with SAP innovations.
• Participate in roadmap planning, solution discussions and architecture reviews.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience with SAP Supply Chain solutions, preferably as a Functional or Senior Consultant.
• Proven experience in at least one end‑to‑end SAP implementation.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Experience in international or multi‑country projects is a plus.

• Knowledge of SAP certification in S/4HANA, Retail or Supply Chain (preferred)
