Senior Associate – GDPR & IT Law

About the role

EY Law Firm in Lithuania is looking for a Senior Associate to advise clients on GDPR, data‑protection and IT‑law matters. You will work closely with EY Baltics and other EY member firms, delivering legal solutions that mitigate risk and support sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Provide advice on GDPR compliance, including data‑processing agreements, privacy policies and breach response.
• Assist clients with IT‑law issues such as software licensing, IT procurement contracts and digital‑services regulation.
• Support TMT regulatory matters, covering e‑commerce, electronic communications and platform regulation.
• Collaborate with specialists in M&A, employment, corporate, AI, real‑estate and other practice areas.
• Deliver legal and business advice, identify client requirements and create value‑adding opportunities.
• Delegate tasks and supervise junior associates.

Required profile

• Strong expertise and work experience in GDPR, IT and/or TMT law (expertise in one area is sufficient).
• Master’s degree in law.
• Ability to manage complex projects independently in an international environment.
• Excellent communication skills, client‑focused mindset and team orientation.
• Proactive curiosity about legal developments and a commitment to professional growth.
• Fluent spoken and written Lithuanian and English.
