Senior Consultant in Deals

About the role

PwC is seeking a Senior Consultant to join its Deals team in Vilnius. You will support clients throughout the full transaction lifecycle, working on financial due diligence, valuation, and corporate finance projects for corporate and private‑equity clients.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct financial due diligence, valuation, and M&A analyses across various industries.
• Analyse financial performance, identify key business drivers, and assess risks and opportunities.
• Prepare and present insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Contribute to deal execution and support other teams with financial analysis.
• Coach and guide junior colleagues.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in finance, audit, due diligence, corporate finance or related areas.
• Degree in Economics, Finance, Business or a similar field.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Good understanding of the business environment.
• Proactive, flexible and confident approach.
• Fluency in English and Lithuanian.
• Professional qualifications such as ACCA or CFA are a plus.
