Senior Financial Analyst – Renewable Energy

About the role

Ignitis Renewables is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support renewable asset management. You will provide financial analysis, forecasting and reporting insights that help drive a secure and green energy ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new reporting solutions that improve decision support and clarify impacts on financial projections and KPIs.
• Build automated Power BI dashboards to monitor renewable asset performance and deliver actionable business insights.
• Support short‑term and long‑term forecasts and contribute to month‑end variance analysis reporting.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all financial reports.
• Participate in special projects, financial data architecture discussions and maintain the company’s databook.
• Identify opportunities to enhance financial analysis, reporting and data processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Mathematics or a related field.
• 4+ years of analytical experience in a professional environment.
• Strong analytical mindset, business acumen and ability to communicate findings clearly.
• Result‑oriented, proactive team player comfortable in a fast‑paced setting.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Lithuanian.

Required skills

• Power BI (or similar data‑visualisation tools).
• Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel.
• Solid accounting knowledge.
