Senior Project Manager – Global Supply Chains

About the role

LW Group is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the international transportation of raw materials across rail and maritime routes. You will work in a fast‑growing, globally‑distributed environment, handling complex logistics challenges and collaborating with partners in Central Asia and worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organize and manage international transportation of raw materials, primarily by rail and maritime, ensuring timely and cost‑efficient delivery.
• Coordinate logistics flows from Central Asian countries to global destinations, optimizing routing, scheduling and carrier selection.
• Collect, analyse and apply data from manufacturing partners and international suppliers to maintain reliable, efficient supply chains.
• Monitor market and operational conditions, identify risks and implement innovative, cost‑effective solutions.
• Resolve disruptions quickly, handle exceptions and maintain strong communication with clients and partners.
• Lead logistics projects from planning through execution, working closely with internal departments and global offices.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes and market developments.
• Use internal systems and digital tools to prepare, review and manage operational and project documentation.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably within logistics, transportation or supply chain operations.
• High level of responsibility and ownership.
• Collaborative team player with strong analytical and critical‑thinking abilities.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills for building international relationships.
• Ambitious, results‑driven mindset.
• Fluent in English and Russian.
