Senior Project Manager – Hardware & Embedded Systems

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead hardware and embedded‑system projects, ranging from driver development and firmware integration to full product delivery. The role combines project execution with early‑stage solution shaping, ensuring realistic scopes and timelines.

Key responsibilities

• Define project scope, schedules and deliverables together with business, technical leads and engineering stakeholders.
• Oversee delivery of driver development, firmware updates, embedded system integration and product‑level initiatives.
• Track progress, manage dependencies and ensure milestone completion.
• Act as primary liaison between engineering, sales and external clients, communicating constraints and expectations.
• Implement structured tracking using tools such as Jira and coordinate third‑party partners, manufacturers and certification bodies.
• Identify and mitigate risks related to hardware availability, testing constraints and firmware reliability.
• Collaborate closely with embedded, firmware and hardware engineers to align projects with technical feasibility.
• Support solution design, effort estimation and translation of technical input into structured proposals.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience delivering firmware, hardware or embedded‑system projects, either as a Project Manager or in a technical engineering role.
• Strong technical background in hardware or embedded systems is a distinct advantage.
• Comfortable participating in technical discussions and shaping realistic solution proposals.
• Ability to work in structured delivery environments and develop deeper project‑management competencies.
