Senior Systems Administrator – Fund Administration

About the role

Alter Domus is looking for a Senior Systems Administrator to join its Fund Administration team in Vilnius. You will own data quality, support Yardi users, and build analytical solutions that improve the user experience.

Key responsibilities

• Take ownership of data quality and complex projects, collaborating closely with the development team.
• Provide functional and technical support for Yardi users.
• Design and develop analytical solutions and new features in line with best practices.
• Perform qualitative analysis of business user needs and evaluate feasibility.
• Implement standard operating procedures and improve support documentation.
• Keep projects on budget and on schedule, reporting progress with internal tools.
• Work with business owners to secure user acceptance and support operations during and after implementation.

Required profile

• University degree (bachelor or master) in IT or accounting.
• Advanced SQL skills with proven experience in report development.
• Experience with Yardi or other fund administration software.
• Familiarity with agile software development methodologies (Scrum, Azure DevOps).
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, able to manage high‑level projects.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in English.
