Senior Total Rewards Specialist

About the role

Convera is looking for a Senior Total Rewards Specialist to lead and enhance its global Total Rewards programs. You will manage day‑to‑day operations of international benefits, global leave, vendor relationships, invoicing, and compensation activities while contributing to the design of benefits, retirement, wellbeing, and compensation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and oversee daily operations of international benefits programs.
• Support strategic design and implementation of benefits, retirement, and wellbeing initiatives.
• Assist compensation processes, including market benchmarking, pay range analysis, and annual compensation planning.
• Administer global leave of absence programs, ensuring compliance and clear stakeholder communication.
• Build and maintain relationships with vendors, brokers, consultants, and internal partners.
• Lead project plans and timelines for innovative program implementations.
• Analyze program utilization and compensation data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
• Develop and deliver organization‑wide communications on program updates.
• Manage benefits invoicing and payment processes accurately and timely.
• Partner with Finance, Tax, and Audit teams for forecasting, budgeting, and audit readiness.

Required profile

• At least 4 years of experience in total rewards, compensation, or benefits administration.
• Legal right to work in the country of employment without visa sponsorship.
• Strong analytical abilities and experience evaluating program effectiveness.
• Proven ability to manage vendor relationships and cross‑functional projects.
