ServiceNow Platform Architect

About the role

Accenture is expanding its ServiceNow Business Group in the Nordics and is looking for a ServiceNow Platform Architect to act as a trusted advisor and technical leader. You will design scalable ServiceNow architectures, collaborate with client Enterprise Architects and drive digital transformation initiatives across large enterprises.

Key responsibilities

• Shape enterprise‑level ServiceNow architecture based on complex business and technical requirements.
• Engage with client architects to position ServiceNow as the core of digital transformation.
• Establish technical governance, ensure instance health and reduce technical debt.
• Lead solution design workshops, validate requirements and deliver functional designs.
• Mentor delivery teams, share expertise and contribute thought leadership.
• Support presales, business development and champion emerging technologies such as Generative AI and Agentic AI.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience with multiple ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, GRC, SecOps, HR).
• Strong architectural knowledge of workflows, scripting, Flow Designer, Integration Hub and enterprise integration patterns.
• Experience with enterprise security, discovery technologies, data modeling and architecture frameworks.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders, develop teams and run complex delivery programs.
• Innovation mindset with familiarity of Now Assist and AI‑driven capabilities.
