About the role

We are looking for a System Maintenance Specialist to join a close‑knit team that develops, installs and supports modern parking and traffic flow control systems. The role involves both technical troubleshooting and customer‑facing training, offering a clear path for growth in the IT domain.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively monitor and maintain parking‑lot automation systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Diagnose and resolve technical faults quickly to minimise downtime.
• Analyse system data, identify trends and optimise processes to meet regulatory requirements.
• Deliver training sessions for clients so they can use the solutions effectively.
• Provide high‑quality support during both warranty and non‑warranty periods.
• Install and configure the CP‑PARK software suite, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure.

Required profile

• Interest in technical system support; prior experience is a plus but not mandatory.
• Strong computer skills, including OS installation, MS Office, SQL and IIS.
• Good understanding of automation, electronics and IT systems.
• Critical thinking, creativity in problem‑solving and attention to detail.
• Excellent written Lithuanian and good written English for client communication.
• Customer‑oriented mindset and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
