Sourcing Specialist – International Procurement Hub

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sourcing Specialist to join our International Procurement Hub in Vilnius. You will be responsible for managing indirect procurement sourcing activities across the PHOENIX Group, partnering with internal stakeholders and the central Category Management team to deliver cost‑effective solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop sourcing strategies aligned with business objectives and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Utilise AI‑driven tools to streamline the tendering process, from specification analysis to supplier selection.
• Manage end‑to‑end tender processes, including RFP/RFQ creation, bid evaluation and contract negotiations.
• Identify, evaluate and qualify potential suppliers across Europe to expand the supply base.
• Conduct market research to ensure competitive and reliable sourcing options.
• Identify cost‑reduction opportunities and improve sourcing efficiency.
• Maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and provide ongoing advisory support.
• Prepare and present reports on sourcing activities, supplier performance and cost savings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• At least one year of procurement experience with knowledge of procurement and accounting processes.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a fast‑paced team.
• Fluency in English; German is a plus.
