Supervisor – Financial Crime Operations (On‑site)

About the role

Guidehouse is seeking a Supervisor to lead a team of analysts conducting Financial Crime investigations. The role focuses on Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and Anti‑Money Laundering (AML) compliance, including enhanced due diligence, sanctions screening, politically exposed persons checks, transaction monitoring and suspicious activity reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the production and quality of a team of AML analysts, performing spot‑checks to ensure accuracy.
• Provide day‑to‑day quality assurance, coaching, and feedback, monitoring adherence to production and quality metrics.
• Support analysts who are not meeting standards, helping them improve their work product.
• Deliver timely, high‑quality outputs to key stakeholders and assist in project governance at the team level.
• Communicate SOP changes and other client messaging to the team.
• Identify training needs, coordinate with trainers and project managers, and manage daily schedules and attendance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
• Minimum two years of people‑management experience.
• Hands‑on knowledge of multiple AML functions such as enhanced due diligence, KYC, sanctions, and transaction monitoring.
• Experience in stakeholder management and delivering presentations.
• Strong oral and written communication skills, with proven ability to write compliance reports.
• Fluent English (spoken and written).
