Tax Consultant

About the role

Join EY as a Tax Consultant and work with large multinationals and fast‑growing start‑ups across various industries. You will learn from senior team members, develop critical tax and advisory skills, and contribute to complex corporate restructurings and strategic projects.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze client financial data, assess impacts of restructurings, and support planning strategies.
• Prepare calculations for corporate income tax, VAT, and Intrastat returns and deliver advisory services.
• Assist senior colleagues in strategic discussions with client decision‑makers.
• Help design processes that minimise tax compliance risk and estimate tax liabilities.
• Collaborate effectively within the team while handling additional ad‑hoc tasks.

Required profile

• University degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Business, Law or related fields.
• Excellent spoken and written Lithuanian and English.
• Strong curiosity, analytical and critical thinking abilities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Some experience in accounting or finance is desirable.
