About the role

We are looking for a qualified lawyer specialized in construction law to support our company's building projects. The role involves drafting, reviewing and evaluating contracts, handling legal documentation, and providing advice to project teams.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, negotiate and assess contracts (main, sub‑contracts, design, supply, services, etc.).
• Administer and legally supervise the company's construction projects.
• Draft and negotiate various legal documents, claims, and responses.
• Assist project teams with legal issues, disputes with clients, contractors and other parties.
• Prepare and coordinate internal company documents.
• Research legal statutes and court practice, analyse findings and present conclusions.
• Provide legal consultations to company employees.
• Perform other tasks assigned by management.

Required profile

• University degree in law.
• Minimum two years of experience in construction law.
• Proven experience drafting, negotiating and evaluating contracts, claims and other legal documents.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, logical reasoning and argumentation.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, responsibility for results and ability to meet deadlines.
• Willingness to learn and develop professionally.
• Team player able to adapt to a dynamic environment.
