About the role

We are looking for a Transport Manager to oversee the import of goods from abroad and ensure smooth delivery to our warehouses. The role involves planning routes, coordinating with carriers and suppliers, and handling all related documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and control the delivery of goods from foreign countries to company warehouses.
• Plan transport and create routes for partial loads.
• Coordinate transport orders and deliveries, maintaining continuous communication with carriers, suppliers and internal departments.
• Administer all documents related to cargo transportation.
• Search for and order additional transport capacity when needed.
• Ensure efficient consolidation of cargo.
• Resolve and prevent non‑standard situations.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics or transport.
• Experience with partial loads and temperature‑controlled transport planning (preferred).
• Strong analytical and decision‑making skills, with a holistic view of the transport chain.
• Attention to detail, responsibility and ability to work under pressure.
• Higher education degree.
• Fluent written and spoken English; Polish and Russian are a plus.
• Good computer literacy and ability to work independently while collaborating with a team.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel.
• Experience with ERP systems.
• Familiarity with transport management systems.
