TypeScript Software Engineer – Cloud Integrations

About the role

We are looking for a TypeScript Software Engineer to join our Ingest Platform & Integrations team. You will help build reliable, secure cloud‑based integrations that enable smooth content delivery for Telia’s services.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain integrations using TypeScript and Node.js.
• Adapt external providers’ metadata formats to our internal schema and update integrations as requirements evolve.
• Enhance platform observability, resilience and security compliance.
• Provision and manage AWS resources (S3, DynamoDB, API Gateway, CloudWatch, EC2, ECS, SNS, SQS) with Terraform.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, propose technical solutions and implement improvements.

Required profile

• Passion for solving integration challenges and working with structured data.
• Solid experience with TypeScript and Node.js, preferably in a monorepo using pnpm and Turborepo.
• Interest in learning and using AWS serverless services (Lambda, EventBridge, RDS, OpenSearch, etc.).
• Understanding of Infrastructure as Code concepts (Terraform, AWS CDK).
• Ability to troubleshoot ingestion issues using logs and OpenSearch Dashboards.
