About the role

The Call Administrator will support the Eastern Region Preventive Programs Coordination Center in managing oncology early‑diagnosis programs. Working within the State Data Management Platform, you will ensure accurate registration, coordination and follow‑up of patients receiving preventive services.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update data in the unified preventive programs database.
• Register individuals for oncology early‑diagnosis services and cancel registrations when needed.
• Coordinate the execution of early‑diagnosis programs with health care institutions.
• Verify and correct patient contact information in collaboration with service‑providing institutions.
• Plan and conduct personal visits to partner health facilities.
• Provide consultations to participants regarding program procedures.
• Record participant feedback and reasons for non‑participation.
• Inform participants about test results and subsequent steps.
• Update contact details for non‑responsive invitees.
• Handle incoming correspondence and prepare related reports.
• Perform additional tasks assigned by the Center manager.

Required profile

• University degree in medicine, public health, nursing, biology, or related social sciences.
• Knowledge of Lithuanian legislation governing preventive health programs.
• Familiarity with the national health information system and electronic data handling standards.
• Strong analytical, organizational and independent work abilities.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Required skills

• Ability to manage, store, systematize, analyze and summarize information.
• Proficiency with modern office technologies (document creation and processing software, internet browsers, email clients).
• Responsible and diligent work attitude.
