About the role

Join SEB's Private Client team in Vilnius, supporting private customers across Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia with pension, savings and insurance solutions. The role involves advising clients through branch visits, phone or video contacts, helping them choose the right products and ensuring ongoing service quality.

Key responsibilities

• Consult private clients on pension, savings and insurance matters via branch, phone or video channels.
• Promote new services and handle post‑contract inquiries.
• Develop personal and team sales skills to meet defined targets.
• Collaborate with colleagues from other departments to resolve non‑standard situations.

Required profile

• Previous experience in customer‑facing sales or service roles.
• Strong listening abilities and capacity to understand client needs.
• Motivated team player eager to grow and learn.
