About the role

We are looking for a Public Procurement Lawyer to join our team in Vilnius. The role involves providing legal support for public procurement, commercial activities and related matters, ensuring compliance with Lithuanian law and representing the company’s interests.

Key responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on public procurement, commerce and other issues.
• Draft legal documents, claims, responses and other paperwork for state institutions.
• Manage, prepare and evaluate legal queries.
• Draft, analyse and reconcile company contracts and internal documents, advising on their implementation.
• Represent the company’s interests in relationships with clients, partners and public authorities.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of legal experience in a commercial organisation.
• Experience advising on public procurement law and related matters.
• Experience drafting internal regulations and providing legal counsel.
• Strong knowledge of Lithuanian corporate and contract law and ability to apply it in practice.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills, both written and verbal.
