Customer Support Associate – Full‑time

About the role

Wolt is looking for enthusiastic Support Associates to join its Vilnius team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, couriers and partner venues, helping to keep delivery operations running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers, couriers and venues via live chat and phone.
• Ensure smooth delivery operations by resolving issues quickly.
• Collaborate with the support team and other departments to improve the support function.
• Work flexible shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays, covering the service window 08:00‑22:00 (Lithuanian team until 00:00).

Required profile

• Excellent communication skills with a personal, customer‑focused approach.
• Fast learner able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to work shift schedules, including weekends and holidays.
• Fluent in Lithuanian and professional proficiency in English.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Lithuanian and English.
