About the role

We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist to welcome visitors at our branch, understand their needs and ensure a high‑quality service experience. The role involves handling client requests through various information systems and providing accurate documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist incoming clients, identifying their requirements.
• Receive, register, process and forward client requests in the appropriate information systems.
• Prepare responses and issue documents electronically.
• Generate payment documents, invoices and other settlement paperwork for completed orders.
• Provide ordered data sets from registries.
• Maintain and monitor the overall quality of client service.

Required profile

• Higher education or equivalent qualification.
• Proven experience in customer service.
• Strong focus on delivering high‑quality service.
• Quick ability to absorb new information.
• Excellent Lithuanian language skills and English at B1 level.
• Category B driver’s licence.
• Responsible, meticulous, positive attitude and ability to work in a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to work with relevant information systems.
