Accountant – Vilnius

About the role

As an Accountant at Convera in Vilnius, you will coordinate journal entries, gather data and analytics, and provide key accounting support for the team. The role follows a hybrid work model with 2‑3 days onsite, Monday to Friday, 9 am – 6 pm.

Key responsibilities

• Perform general ledger entries, including reclasses and accruals.
• Analyze accounts and specialized reports, investigate discrepancies and deliver decision‑making insights.
• Participate in process‑improvement projects and ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and regulations.
• Handle unclaimed property accounting.
• Prepare for audits.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of accounting experience.
• Familiarity with accounting standards.
• Degree in Business Management, Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• Permanent legal right to work in Lithuania.
• Strong spoken and written English abilities.
• Analytical mindset.
