Alumni coordinator in Strategic Partnerships

About the role

The Alumni Coordinator in Strategic Partnerships will develop and strengthen VILNIUS TECH's alumni community, fostering long‑term relationships with graduates and supporting the university’s strategic partnership objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Create and reinforce the alumni community while maintaining lasting connections with graduates.
• Plan, organize and promote alumni events, initiatives and community activities.
• Prepare and disseminate relevant information to alumni through various communication channels.
• Initiate alumni surveys, analyse results and propose actions to enhance community engagement.
• Collect and analyse data on alumni career paths and collaborate with university departments to develop alumni programmes.

Required profile

• Holder of a higher education degree or a final‑year university student.
• Proficient in Lithuanian and English.
• Experience in communications or related fields.
• Excellent computer skills with office software packages.
