Compliance Assurance Manager

About the role

As a Compliance Assurance Manager you will design and operate the compliance assurance programme for Vinted Pay across Lithuania, Luxembourg and the United Kingdom. Working as a second‑line defence, you will independently test whether the controls that meet regulatory obligations are properly designed and effective.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain a risk‑based assurance universe and an annual assurance plan for the three entities.
• Run assurance reviews and control testing, including design and operating effectiveness, walkthroughs, sampling and evidence collection.
• Maintain a consistent assurance methodology while adapting to the expectations of the Bank of Lithuania, the CSSF and the FCA.
• Rate findings, agree remediation actions, owners and deadlines with the first line, and track them to closure.
• Escalate material compliance breaches, significant control failures and potential regulatory issues.

Required profile

• Experience in compliance assurance or a similar second‑line defence function.
• Ability to work independently and produce robust documentation that withstands internal and external audit.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate with compliance functions in multiple jurisdictions.

Required skills

• Knowledge of regulatory requirements of the Bank of Lithuania.
• Knowledge of the CSSF regulatory framework.
• Knowledge of the FCA regulatory framework.
