Customer Service Expert – French Speaking (Transport)

About the role

Yara European Business Services is looking for a French‑speaking Customer Service Expert to join its transport team in Lithuania. You will be the main point of contact for internal and external customers, handling inbound and outbound calls, processing orders and ensuring smooth logistics operations.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through daily interactions.
• Manage inbound and outbound calls, providing accurate information and support.
• Enter orders accurately and timely in SAP, coordinating with Transport Management.
• Follow up on customer requests, operational tasks, billing documents, returns and diversions.
• Collaborate with teammates to continuously improve processes and customer experience.

Required profile

• Fluent French and English (minimum B2 level).
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented and self‑driven.
• Experience in customer service or supply‑chain environments is preferred.
• Eligibility to work in Lithuania.
