Customer Service Representative – Latvian & English (Relocation to Vilnius)

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual Customer Service Representative fluent in Latvian and English to join our support team in Vilnius. You will handle inquiries from users of a leading global online accommodation platform, providing assistance via phone and email.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls and respond to emails from website users.
• Manage reservations, special requests, and complaints, delivering effective solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow‑up actions.
• Work Monday to Friday, 9:00‑18:00 (40 hours per week).

Required profile

• Excellent written and spoken Latvian and English.
• Strong communication and administrative abilities.
• Customer‑focused mindset with a positive attitude.
• Legal right to work in Lithuania.
• Experience in a target‑based or KPI‑driven environment is a plus.
