Customer Service Specialist – English & Russian

About the role

Join Yara European Business Services as a Customer Service Specialist supporting English‑ and Russian‑speaking customers. You will act as a key point of contact, ensuring smooth order processing and high satisfaction for internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through inbound and outbound calls.
• Enter orders accurately in SAP and coordinate downstream processing with Transport Management.
• Follow up on customer requests, operational tasks, billing documents, returns and diversions.
• Collaborate with team members to continuously improve processes and the overall customer experience.
• Represent Yara’s culture, prioritising health, safety, environment and quality.

Required profile

• Fluent in Russian and English (minimum B2 level).
• Excellent communication skills and a trusted team player.
• Proactive, self‑driven and solution‑oriented.
• Preferably experienced in customer service or supply chain.
• Eligible to work in Lithuania.

Required skills

• SAP (experience advantageous; training provided if needed).
