Customer Service Specialist – Italian Speaking

About the role

Yara European Business Services is looking for an Italian‑speaking Customer Service Specialist to join its team in Lithuania. You will act as the main point of contact for internal and external customers, helping to resolve issues and improve overall satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers.
• Collaborate with the team to develop and implement solutions that increase customer satisfaction.
• Communicate solutions and follow up on daily tasks, ensuring timely resolution.
• Process and deliver orders to colleagues in Transport Management.
• Manage billing documents, returns and diversion cases.
• Model Yara’s culture by prioritising health, environment, safety and quality.

Required profile

• Fluent Italian and English (minimum B2 level).
• Excellent communication skills and a trusted team player.
• Proactive, self‑driven with a solution‑oriented mindset.
• Previous experience in Customer Service or Supply Chain is preferred.
• Eligible to work in Lithuania.

• Italian language proficiency (B2+).
• English language proficiency (B2+).
