Developer Experience Strategist

About the role

Join a fast‑moving team shaping AI direction by researching tools, testing them hands‑on, and turning insights into product and go‑to‑market recommendations. You will work closely with developers to ensure our proxy and web‑scraping solutions meet their needs.

Key responsibilities

• Continuously research and test AI agent tools, developer products, and emerging infrastructure, then provide clear recommendations for product and market strategy.
• Audit the developer experience across product flows, website, documentation, and technical messaging to identify friction and gaps.
• Track changes in the AI and agent ecosystem, including standards and new developer workflows, and highlight strategic implications.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date view of the agent tooling landscape, including frameworks, SDKs, competitors, and emerging categories.
• Identify opportunities to integrate new agent‑facing use cases with existing proxy and scraping capabilities.
• Represent the technical direction in external developer communities and share insights internally.

Required profile

• 2+ years of hands‑on software development experience with a strong understanding of developer workflows and tool evaluation.
• Deep curiosity about AI tooling, agents, LLM applications, APIs, and technical workflows.
• Ability to critically evaluate products from a developer perspective and translate findings into concrete recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑changing environment and adapting quickly to new information.

Required skills

• Experience with Ceph storage and Kafka messaging systems.
• Familiarity with proxy, web‑scraping, browser automation, and data‑extraction technologies.
• Knowledge of AI agent frameworks, LLM applications, and developer‑focused APIs/SDKs.
