About the role

Polimaster designs and manufactures professional radiation detection equipment. The company is seeking an Electronic Equipment Calibrator to join its team and ensure the proper functioning of its radio‑electronic devices.

Key responsibilities

• Calibrate and diagnose radio‑electronic equipment and devices.
• Test the operation of electronic equipment and verify performance.
• Identify and resolve faults, determine root causes, and perform warranty and post‑warranty repairs.
• Deliver calibrated products to the quality‑control department.
• Develop and implement calibration methods for manufactured products.
• Work with low‑frequency and high‑frequency measurement instruments such as modern oscilloscopes, signal generators, and multimeters.

Required profile

• Specialised education and at least 1 year of relevant work experience.
• High accuracy, attention to detail and diligence.
• Experience calibrating complex electronic devices.
• Understanding of analog and digital schematics.
• Ability to read assembly drawings, electrical schematics and project documentation.
• Knowledge of radio‑isotope nomenclature and labeling.
• Experience with control and measurement instruments.

Required skills

• Operation of modern oscilloscopes.
• Use of signal generators.
• Use of multimeters.
• Calibration and fault finding of electronic equipment.
• Reading and interpreting electronic schematics and assembly drawings.
