Finance Manager – Baltic Region

About the role

You will lead financial planning, forecasting, analysis and management reporting across the Baltics, providing clear insight and constructive challenge to support strategic and operational decision‑making. Based in Lithuania, you will act as the senior finance leader for the region, partnering with the Managing Director and Country Leadership Team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting and long‑term planning processes, delivering high‑quality financial plans and insights.
• Consolidate and analyse financial, operational and commercial performance, identifying trends, risks and opportunities.
• Prepare and present management reporting, financial results and KPI reviews to local, regional and corporate stakeholders.
• Oversee month‑end close, statutory reporting, tax, audit, internal controls and compliance.
• Drive alignment between business performance, management reporting and statutory financial reporting while improving processes and data quality.
• Build strong partnerships across Operations, Sales, HR, Corporate Finance and Controllership, providing commercially focused financial advice.
• Lead or support strategic initiatives, finance transformation and business improvement projects.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a senior finance role such as Finance Manager or Country Controller.
• Strong experience in business partnering, budgeting, forecasting, management reporting and financial analysis.
• Sound understanding of accounting, statutory reporting, audit, tax, internal controls and compliance requirements.
• Ability to act as a trusted advisor to a Managing Director or senior leadership team.
• Experience working in a multi‑site, regional or international environment.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Independent, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
