Graphic Designer – Hybrid (eCommerce & Branding)

About the role

Cohypes is seeking a creative and performance‑driven Graphic Designer to own visual design across multiple high‑growth eCommerce brands in the health, beauty, and wellness space. This hybrid role blends brand building with conversion‑focused creative work, allowing you to shape identities, packaging, and paid media assets while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design product packaging, labels, and visual identities that reflect premium positioning.
• Create high‑converting visuals for landing pages, advertorials, sales letters, and paid ads across various channels.
• Take projects from concept through to production‑ready assets for both digital and physical touchpoints.
• Leverage AI tools (e.g., Gemini, Heygen, Arcads, Spaces) to generate, iterate, and scale creative output.
• Develop logos, mockups, and scalable visual systems supporting long‑term brand growth.
• Adapt designs across web, advertising, and product experiences while ensuring consistency.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, copywriting, CRO, and product teams to translate ideas into impactful visuals.
• Continuously refine creatives based on performance data and testing insights.

Required profile

• 2+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably with eCommerce or DTC brands.
• Strong portfolio showcasing branding, packaging, and performance‑driven design work.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple creative formats.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
• Hands‑on experience with AI image and video generation tools such as Gemini, Heygen, Arcads, and Spaces.
