Head of Group Financial Control & Reporting

About the role

We are looking for a Head of Group Financial Control & Reporting to lead the Group’s financial reporting, consolidation and accounting processes across Lithuania and Latvia. The role reports to the CFO and manages a team of a Financial Controller and Head of Accounting.

Key responsibilities

• Lead financial reporting, control, tax and accounting oversight for Lithuanian and Latvian entities.
• Ensure timely preparation of annual and interim separate and consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS.
• Oversee the Group consolidation process and the preparation of Group Reporting Packages.
• Manage the annual and half‑year audit process and act as the main contact for external auditors.
• Supervise tax matters, including corporate income tax, WHT and transfer pricing, and monitor legislative changes.

Required profile

• University degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in financial reporting, audit or financial control, with minimum 2 years leading a team.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and hands‑on consolidation experience.
• Good understanding of Lithuanian and Latvian tax environments.
• Fluency in Lithuanian and English.
