HR Delivery Specialist – Compensation Team

About the role

As an HR Delivery Specialist in the Compensation unit, you will support core compensation processes such as variable pay, base salary and reporting. You will handle a wide range of daily administrative and operational tasks, contribute to continuous process improvements and assist with system maintenance while working closely with colleagues in Vilnius.

Key responsibilities

• Execute daily and regular HR operations within the compensation area.
• Perform monthly, quarterly and yearly tasks according to documented work instructions.
• Follow up on cases in the case management system and provide timely resolutions.
• Support projects and initiatives by supplying required input and data.
• Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to address user inquiries and sustain daily operations.
• Maintain and update work instructions to reflect current processes.
• Ensure high‑quality results with strong attention to detail.
• Identify and propose process improvements.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Participate in testing new tools and share knowledge within the team.

Required profile

• Advanced knowledge of Excel.
• Strong analytical abilities and capacity to handle complex information.
• Effective time‑management and prioritisation skills.
• Curiosity and willingness to explore new solutions.
• Outgoing, positive team player with excellent English communication.
• Previous experience in compensation or finance is a plus.
