Implementation Project Manager (Onboarding Specialist)

About the role

Notified, a technology partner for investor relations and public relations professionals, is looking for an Implementation Project Manager (internal title: Onboarding Specialist) to join its IR Project Management team in Vilnius. The role makes you a subject matter expert on all Notified products, tailoring solutions to each client's Investor Relations needs and overseeing the technical implementation of the products. Projects must be delivered on time, within scope and on budget.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, giving consultative support
• Customize and implement products such as IR websites to meet client requirements
• Manage, prioritize and complete assigned projects and tasks
• Keep clients informed about timelines and report project progress to management
• Work with account managers and sales teams to identify new opportunities and drive growth
• Educate and train clients on product features and best practices
• Identify service obstacles and share actionable feedback with management

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing or business administration, or equivalent work experience
• At least 2 years of client service experience
• At least 2 years of project management experience, or equivalent
• Fluent written and spoken English
• Ability to work independently, in a team and in a fast-paced environment

Required skills

• Previous SaaS experience is very beneficial
• Computer skills including HTML and Photoshop are very beneficial

What we offer

• Salary of 2,500-2,900 EUR gross per month, depending on experience, skills and location
• Office-based role with 3 days in the office (Tuesday to Thursday) and remote work on Monday and Friday
