About the role

The museum is looking for an IT Project Manager to lead its digital transformation. You will shape the IT vision, ensure secure system architecture, integrate AI tools and support the preservation of cultural heritage through modern technology.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee administration, maintenance and continuous operation of the institution’s IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, databases and user equipment.
• Design and maintain an information‑system architecture based on best practices.
• Develop and implement an IT strategy aligned with organisational goals.
• Coordinate delivery of IT equipment and services to staff.
• Monitor service quality, manage incidents and drive continuous improvement.
• Define, enforce and audit cybersecurity policies, processes and risk management.
• Organise cybersecurity training and provide methodological support.
• Lead the deployment and user support of AI tools.
• Maintain the museum’s website and e‑shop platforms.

Required profile

• University degree (minimum bachelor’s) in IT or a related scientific field, preferably with a master’s qualification.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in IT.
• Strong knowledge of modern system architectures and practical implementation experience.
• Solid understanding of IT processes, security requirements and risk management.
• Experience with AI applications and, preferably, financial accounting software.
• English proficiency at B1 level or higher.
