About the role

The company is looking for a dynamic professional to lead image and internal communication projects. You will shape the internal communication strategy, develop channels, and ensure consistent employer branding across all touch points.

Key responsibilities

• Initiate and implement internal communication actions.
• Develop and maintain internal communication channels.
• Create and execute employer branding and other image‑communication projects.
• Produce engaging content for both internal and external audiences.
• Manage the company’s presence on social media platforms.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in communication or related fields.
• University degree in communication, media, philology or a related social science.
• Excellent Lithuanian language skills with the ability to craft compelling texts.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to combine textual and visual solutions.
• Independent planning and organization of communication projects, including method selection and information flow management.
• Excellent collaboration and communication abilities.
