Junior IT Procurement Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an ambitious, curious, and detail‑oriented Junior IT Procurement Specialist to join our Streaming infrastructure team. Working alongside an experienced lead, you will source, acquire, and manage the critical hardware, network, and cloud assets that power our high‑scale streaming platform.

Key responsibilities

• Support the end‑to‑end procurement cycle: gather requirements, draft purchase orders, track deliveries and verify assets.
• Facilitate timely, cost‑effective acquisition of servers, networking equipment, IP resources and related services.
• Maintain relationships with international vendors, assist with basic terms negotiation and keep contract documentation up to date.
• Help track hardware lifecycle, server allocations and network resource utilization across data centres.
• Partner with internal tech, DevOps and finance teams to forecast needs and resolve delivery bottlenecks.

Required profile

• Foundational knowledge of core IT hardware and network components.
• Ability to understand technical specifications and ask the right technical questions.
• Comfortable working with numbers, evaluating supplier proposals and finding cost‑efficient options.
• High attention to detail, strong time‑management and ability to track multiple orders.
• Proactive self‑starter attitude with strong written and verbal English communication.
