Key Account Manager

About the role

Telia is seeking a proactive Key Account Manager to join its Medium Business team in Vilnius. You will be responsible for nurturing long‑term relationships with medium‑size business customers, meeting them face‑to‑face, and helping them grow through technology solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with approximately 120 medium‑sized business customers.
• Meet customers daily, understand their business needs and proactively identify new opportunities.
• Advise customers on solutions such as Mobile, Internet, Cloud, Microsoft and IoT.
• Prepare commercial offers, lead negotiations and close agreements.
• Collaborate with technical specialists and internal teams to ensure the best customer experience.
• Continuously develop the portfolio and create additional value for clients.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of B2B sales or account‑management experience.
• Strong communication, collaboration and negotiation skills.
• Curious and proactive, with a focus on understanding customers before proposing solutions.
• Well‑organized, able to manage own schedule and motivated by ambitious goals.
• Category B driving licence.
• Fluent in Lithuanian and English.
