Retail Telecom Sales Representative

About the role

Join the dynamic sales team at a Tele2 retail store in Jurbarkas. You will be the front‑line contact for customers, helping them choose the best telecom services and products while driving the store’s sales performance.

Key responsibilities

• Engage customers face‑to‑face or by phone, identify their needs and sell appropriate services and devices.
• Convert every customer inquiry into an opportunity to propose suitable products.
• Call existing customers to renew contracts, upsell additional services and accessories.
• Educate customers on the latest telecom innovations and keep them informed.
• Maintain the store’s cleanliness and orderliness.

Required profile

• Previous experience in sales or customer service (telecom sales experience is a plus).
• Eagerness to learn sales techniques, practice, make mistakes and improve.
• Interest in technology and ability to explain it in simple terms.
• Willingness to take personal responsibility for assigned tasks.
• Excellent Lithuanian language skills, both spoken and written.
• Impeccable personal reputation (proof of no criminal record required).
