About the role

Ignitis Lietuva is building a new contact centre in Panevėžys and is looking for a dynamic leader to form and manage the team. You will be responsible for establishing the centre’s operations, ensuring high‑quality customer service, and driving continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Organise service sales and guarantee efficient, high‑quality client support within the Panevėžys contact centre.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, training and motivation of new staff, fostering a strong team culture.
• Analyse team performance, propose and implement optimisation initiatives.
• Participate in company‑wide projects, contribute ideas and support implementation.

Required profile

• Higher education degree.
• Minimum 3 years of successful leadership experience, building and motivating teams.
• Experience in organising service‑sales activities and delivering quality customer service.
• Strong analytical and communication abilities.
• Ability to make independent decisions while collaborating effectively.
• Excellent Lithuanian and good English language skills.
• Category B driver’s licence.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Lithuanian (native) and English (intermediate).
• Category B driving licence.
